Bridging nanotechnology and natural inspiration, this timepiece transforms light into texture, innovation into art, a tribute to the fluid beauty of the Arabian desert.
SCULPTED BY LIGHT AND SAND
The dial, co-developed with Swiss start-up Morphotonix™, features nano-engraved holographic structures that shimmer without ink or pigment, capturing the ephemeral patterns of desert dunes under sunlight. Blue luminescent Arabic numerals and hour markers evoke starlit skies over shifting sands. The 37mm case, crafted from 100% reprocessed 316L stainless steel, balances slim elegance (just 8.8mm thick) with responsible design. Paired with an integrated bracelet of hand-finished semi-elliptical links, the silhouette echoes nature’s rhythmic flow.
Assembled in Geneva by master watchmaker Cedric Mulhauser, the MorphoDune 75th runs on a refurbished Swiss ETA 2892 movement, underscoring ID Geneve’s commitment to circular craftsmanship. Each component is traceable, Swiss-made, and designed to last. This collaboration reflects Ahmed Seddiqi’s legacy as a champion of independent watchmaking and ID Geneve’s belief that true luxury should leave a lighter footprint.
